Terms and Conditions for JOILUX Custom Orders and Designs
Welcome to JOILUX! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your custom order or design request. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Design Fees
1.1. A non-refundable design fee of $150 is required before any design work begins.
1.2. The design fee includes two revisions at no additional cost. Any additional revisions will incur a fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
1.3. Design turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the date payment is received.
1.4. Rush design requests may be accepted at JOILUX’s discretion, subject to availability and order specifics. A rush fee of $150 will apply.
2. Order Approval and Payment
2.1. Once the design is approved, an invoice for the fulfillment and print cost will be issued.
2.2. A 50% deposit of the total order cost is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
2.3. Fulfillment and printing costs start at $15 per item. Final pricing will depend on specific order requirements.
2.4. Payment for rush orders is due in full upon approval of the design.
3. Custom Orders and Fulfillment
3.1. Custom orders placed directly with JOILUX or through our eStore will be delivered within 5 business days of placing the order unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Fulfillment timelines for custom designs begin once the design is approved, and the deposit is received.
3.3. Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of their need to ensure adequate production and delivery time.
4. Design and Intellectual Property
4.1. JOILUX will not duplicate any existing designer’s work. All designs created by JOILUX are original and tailored to the customer’s specifications.
4.2. JOILUX retains the right to showcase completed designs and products in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is requested and agreed upon.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Design fees are non-refundable.
5.2. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Any cancellations prior to production will forfeit the design fee and may be subject to additional charges for materials procured.
6. Disclaimer and Limitations
6.1. JOILUX is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or shipping carrier delays.
6.2. JOILUX reserves the right to refuse orders that do not align with our creative values or operational capacity.
6.3. All rush orders are subject to approval based on our discretion and availability.
